Cabinet Doors

Hello

I have a 2007 34 Classic. I removed the convection microwave today because we want to utilize that space for storage. My family and I are pretty much raw vegans and cook very little. My question is does anyone think the factory will make me 2 hickory cabinets for that space or am I on my own. Though about putting a curtain there , but it would be much nicer with matching cabinet doors. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

David

Ikea sells an aluminum tambour that looks really nice. It also looks like your spice rack has a hickory tambour... could you get another and cut it to fit that opening?

The Internationals use sliders in overhead cabinets - you could do mirrored or black glass sliders in that space too. Matching is nice, but too much matchy-matchy?

As to the factory and doors, or whatever - call and ASK. All they can do is say no, and then you go looking for a local source.

Most cabinet shops make wooden doors and sell hinges.

Eastern South Dakota is very pretty with hills, rivers, and trees.

A door like that can be easily made by a cabinet shop locally. Expect to pay around 50.00 per door. A little more if they install them. There are a LOT of people in that industry starving for work.
