Bathroom cabinet catch

Can anyone show me what the catch is supposed to look like on the medicine cabinet in a 1970 overlander?

This is the latch from VTS. If you read the description, it says you have to cut the lip off from behind the screw holes in some applications. The bathroom medicine cabinet is one of them. This is the one I used. It attaches to door with two little screws. When locked, it clips over the bottom lip of the cabinet frame. Hope that helps.

1970 vintage cabinet latch and lid support

I was happy to stumble on this thread and have myself successfully ordered the latch shown from Vintage Trailer Supply. The product code by the way is : VTS-557 , Price is $5.95.

Another replacement part of interest for the heavy mirrored cabinet lid is the lid support slider which I also ordered : VTS-629, Price $8.99. Mine with age is hard pressed to keep the lid open. The nylon washer/bearing if there ever was one on my overhead cabinet is long gone.

All the times I've looked at the Vintage Trailer Supply site these items never caught my eye.

Thank you!

I used child cabinet locks available at Tartget and other big box stores for all the upper cabinet locks. $5/box of 20.
