Argosy folding table

Hi all,

I gutted and am now reinstalling the interior of a 1976 26' rear bath twin bed Argosy and just got finished installing the fold away table. My question is how does the table secure for travel when it is folded. Right now it just swings there. I must have missed something when I took it out over a year ago. Any help would be appreciated.

thanks, Gary.

Gary - is your table a side mounted table with fold out sections like this?

The one in my Overlander is the same way, and yes, it just swings when stowed. There should be a little clip on the side to make the folding portion stay with the main-attached portion, but once clipped and "stowed", it just flops. But, unless you're taking sharp left hand turns at high speed, it will be fine.

Yes, the clip is on the side to keep it folded when stored away. I guess your right that I won't be driving like Mario Andretti so I won't worry about it any longer.

Thanks for the help,
Gary.
