Another what this question

Underneath the 2 overhead cabinets (directly above the couch) there is a small acrylic drain tube that comes right out of the bottom of the cabinets. Don't know where it goes to; it is not visible inside the cabinets, just where it peeks out underneath. Nothing has ever "drained" from this hose. It is probably 1/2" diameter...
Never knew it was thre untill the Wife spotted it last week.
Any ideas?

Thanx, Bill

If the tube runs above the front window (or anywhere up high in the front, it's a fairing tube for the purpose of providing a path from the thermometer readout down to the sensing bulb, which was located on the belly pan street side just aft of where the tongue meets the skin.

Your electrical questions have me stumped. I would guess an alternate use for the switch--it selects between getting 12 volts from a converter or the battery. One reason would be to prevent those old converters from fighting with your car 12V connection and its charging current. But that's just a guess.

Thanx Zep, I don't have the thermo/barometer option on my AS. I do have an indoor/outdoor unit mounted near the galley.
Could that have been pre-plumbed at the factory?

ummm...what electrical questions are you reffering to? My tank gauges?

Thanx, Bill

LOL here. I think by coincidence your "what's this?" psot was right below another with a similar title and I conjoined the two. I'll just run down to Houston and get the surgeons to separate them....
