73 Overlander bathroom cabinet mirror removal / Help?

We broke the frame to the bathroom mirror. The mirror is cracked and hanging down over the sink. How do you remove the mirror which has the two lights on each side. It is in the rear bathroom of my 73 overlander. It is a cabinet mirror. Ca I just remove the mirror frame which has the mirror and the two lights. or does the whole cabinet need to come out. I really do not know where to start.

I have a replacement lined up. I am trading parts with another member who is redesigning his bathroom.

You can remove the mirror and light assembly without having to remove the whole cabinet, but you will need another person to help you. Have one person pull open the mirror assembly as far is it will go. At the top of either end you will see an L bracket. Drill out the rivets holding the L bracket in on either side. After that, disconnect the wiring for the lights. Once that's done the assembly should lift out.
