73 folding/sliding table track

I've picked up a sliding folding table (that stows between the gaucho and the wall) from a 73 safari.

It's missing the rail, for lack of a better word, that connects the table to the slide track that hangs under the 'armrest' shelf.

does anyone have a picture of what this piece should look like? to clarify, it's the piece that screws to the table's aluminum frame and allows it to slide into the aluminum track.

just guessing that it is some type of "T" shaped piece?

(here's a picture that i robbed from another thread that shows the square channel that recieves the missing piece. the piece I need would go into this square).

I'll get you a pic today, I think that piece is the same on my 73 and 86, The slide out mechanism is different, I think. I'm workin on it for you. DG are you only needing the plastic sliders? They are about 3 inches long. Any other parts from that 73 available?

The table on my 75 has several of these plastic pieces that slide into the track.

That's it!!!

not at all what I invisioned? but reproducable I suppose!

Doorgunner, I picked up the table from Kneal here on the board. he pretty much gutted his 73 except for the bath and started over. looks amazing now too...

not sure what he has left but probably a lot of stuff.

thanks again for the pictures!!!

what's the purpose of the raised part on the plastic slide? is that an end stop to keep it from sliding out? looks like its triangular?
