'68 Globetrotter with a street side booth?

I am looking to buy this 68 Globetrotter and it has the standard goucho in the front, but also on the street side, it has a booth with drop down table into a twin bed. I tried to find layouts that showed this configuration as typical or an option, but I can't. Has anyone else seen or heard of this? Pretty cool idea, but I wonder how practical/funcitonal this set up would be? Also, were these able to have a bunk anywhere? Thanks!
