'66-'69 Shower Curtain

I figure the folding shower curtain my '67 Overlander was probably used from 1966 through 1969. While my curtain is currently just good enough to use (not much longer though), I was wondering what other people have replaced theirs with.

I almost posted this question as a pole: What did you replace your foldling shower curtain with?

A) Have not needed to
B) Have not wanted to
C) Nothing - Take a shower in that little space? Forget it !
D) Ingenuity - read about it below

What has everyone else done about an old, folding shower curtain? I'm open to any suggestions even if you have not ever had this particular problem.

Thanks,
Tom

Oh, so that's what the damned thing is (was)! Ours was missing outright when we bought the rig, so we've had to make do with a homemade mess. I guess these aren't available, eh?

Well, I haven't seen them, but I haven't looked that hard because I figure a vintage OEM shower curtain/door would be extremely expensive if it was available. Then add shipping...

Interesting thing is that apparently everyone must be using the campground facilities instead their personal shower as I can't find much about this topic where ever I look.

I should have started that poll I mentioned because now I'm curious!

Looks like it would be pretty easy to make if the hardware is still good. Use the old one as a pattern. If you don't have the skills I'm sure you have someone locally that recovers chairs or makes cushions for people who could do it.

Paul,

Any material recommendations? The existing material appears to be plastic hot-seamed over cardboard.

Thanks,
Tom
