65 Caravel - need dinette plans

Looking for a set of plans for making a dinette in a 65 Caravel. I have removed the front gaucho and would like to put a dinette in its place, but was hoping to find a set of plans that works
thanks

It's easier than it looks

RBC-

Good call on the dinette. We did one in our Caravel and have spent nearly 100 nights in it this year. I can't imagine that much time without the dinette.

It's not hard. Although I don't have plans, here is the link to my thread. Start at post 112. Note especially the posts from Uwe and Carlos.

Enjoy the Caravel!
John

If you find plans (I saw them on one of the forums at one time!) Let me know!

We once had a Caravel. the dinette in the front is great. table in the middle and bench seating on the sides , our Caravel had a wrap around front window so a u-shape bench with table in the middle might not be comfortable.
Good luck!! She was cute then we got an older gal.

I could take pictures and measurements of our dinette for you if you'd like to make one like original with the angled table. Otherwise if you look up InsideOut's old posts on building a dinette for Maxwell, their Globetrotter, they have very good pictures of what they did to build it.
