1978 Credenza Question

My 1972 Sovereign was missing the credenza when I bought it and I've been lucky enough to get a credenza in matching walnut from a forum member. I'm now installing it and I have a few questions.

1. How does the credenza attach (if it does) to the bulkhead adjacent to the Refriderator? Mine doesn't have a wooden lip with holes already drilled into it like you find all along the back. My credenza has a metal piece along the side edge which is used for thin particle board.

2. How does the radio and 8-track storage unit go together? Which goes on top?

Mike...I have the same set-up in my "78" Ambassador. The radio goes above the 8 Track Player and the tape holder is to the right. I'm out of town but would be glad to email the schematics later this week if that would help. Let me know.
