Updated '67 Overlander webpage

Specifically, the Electrical page. The rewrite talks about how the speciifc model WFCO power converter/charger was chosen to replace the orginal Univolt II.

And, at no extra cost, there is also numbing detail about the inner workings of old Univolts (among other things).
