Need advice on Price!

I have a 1967 26' overlander Been wanting to restore it for quite some time. I have been holding on to it for nearly 10 yrs It is now time to sale. It has been gutted completely. The only thing remaining inside is a new floor. the tires are 6 months and the body is in great shape. Of course it could stand to be polished The Door needs a bit of work but compared to the whole thing being gutted not a big deal ----My question is I have no idea how much to ask for it? My Father gave this to me after he was done using it at a Deer lease. any suggestions? i can add some pictures tonight if that will help.

My girlfriend and I just bought a 67 Overlander at an rv dealer. Gutted, have upper cabs, no appliances, bad tires, body okay only. Leaks, floor questionable. We were emotional and paid $4500. Too much, but we were blinded by the possibility.
Sounds like yours is worth more, but depends on how many parts you have.

I guess the real questions are: How was the new floor put in, and out of what material? Were any frame issues addressed (i.e. rust, broken or bent frame members or out-riggers, you say new wheels....but axels that old are surely to be in need of replacement. Is your door frame bent? Is there original insulation in the belly pan?...which gets wet, stays wet and greatly contributes to frame rot. Yes, the pre-70s units are probably worth some more money...but anyone taking this project on is looking at a minimum investment of $20,000 and at least a couple of years to make it road worthy. Just my 2 cents worth....

If you search, there is information on Condition vs Price. I would guess a starting price of about $2000 - $2500....all depending on what work was done and HOW it was done.

Great post, we were uninformed. Our fault. I thought I could restore for $10000, but you are right on with the $20000 and a couple years of work.
