Didn't realize this was an old thread as I read from the portal.
Are you sure you are connected at the city water input and not the black tank flush?
Do you have water and it's just not hot, or no flow at all?
If it's just not hot, check your bypass valve. City water at higher pressure may override the hot water from the tank if the bypass valve is open.
Are you using an external filter? I put my filter cartridge in backwards once and got no city water.
Do you have the city water turned on at the hose bib? Sorry, but at least twice I have hooked up, come inside and had no water and realized I fotgot to turn it on.
Is the pump turned off? It should be off when connected to city water.
Do you have cold water?
The city water passes through a pressure regulator and then is Tee'd in with the output of the pump to the trailer main water feed where it splits off into cold and hot water sides. The hot goes to the heater.
If your pump is off and you have cold water from the city source there's no reason why you shouldn't have hot water. If you don't have cold water, locate and check your pressure regulator.
