Wiring running thru wall/skin

Does anyone have any idea where the electrical wiring runs through the exterior walls/skin? I want to install some window blinds with hold down brackets in my 1999 Bambi. I would like to put the brackets in the same horizontal plane as the bottom rail for the drapery, but not necessarily in the same screw holes that hold the rail on. I just don't want to drill into any wiring. Did that on the 95 Sovereign. Learned my lesson.

Put a 1/8" depth stop on your drill bit, use rivets not screws, and go.

Eastern South Dakota is very pretty with hills, rivers, and trees.
