wiring in a 63 globe trotter

I see that the outlets are two wire only but the incoming service is three wire.
Where is the ground for the two wire outlets?

The service box has two breakers in it. And I found the ground wire not connected.

Also noticed a wire attached to the sink joining it to the interior skin. What's up with that?

All lighting works as does the battery service. The lights have 110 on one side of the fixture and 12 on the other. And a 25w bulb works in the 12V.
