wiring help

Hi, I am Joel and this is my first forum question. I just bought a 65 Caravel from Vince in Auburn Ca. And the irony of this Caravel is that the previous owner was from Palo Alto Ca also!

The Caravel/car hookup needed a new pigtial to connnect to my newly installed Prodigy controller. I cabled it color for color matching: the lights, turn signal all work correctly however the Prodigy indicates a short. I do not have a wiring diagram and the leads on my ohmmeter are not long enough to make connunity checks. I thought the best way to find out would be to ask the forum membership for their guidance. I know that the blue wire on the Prodigy connects to the brakes however when looking at the Caravel brakes the leads are yellow and black!

Here is a table of the wiring connection:

Car Caravel
yellow yellow
white(large) pink/blk (large)
red red (very small)
black black
green 2 small green wires
brown brown
blue white (small)
blue (large)...connects internally to 2 small white

Thanks, Joel

The table I constructed did not post the way I had planed. Most of it follows. But, the confusion is the car blue wire connects to a small white wire on the Caravel. And the Caravel blue wire does NOT connect to the car. It connects to 2 small internal white wires.
regards, Joel
