wire question

Working on figuring out my wiring and getting things reconnected. The below pics show yellow wires that went from a 12v outlet on the street side of my Safari to this small circuit board (?) on the curb side. The antenna also connected to this board as well as a wire from the old radio. I've am not going to use the antenna - that is already out; also getting a new radio. I am thinking I do not need this circuit board looking thing and was just curious what it was and why this wire is so different than all the others.

It's old antenna wire and signal booster. Old antenna would have gone in front street side corner by the wing window, if it was installed. I had the same think in my 79 safari. Pretty sure I ripped it out when cleaning up all my wiring.
Figure out where you'll put a new antenna for the new radio. Having one inside the trailer gets poor reception. They make flexible tape antennas but it really needs to be by a window for good reception the need to be able to get the wire to the back of the new radio.
