Which replacement ceiling bulbs- 04 Bambi

Greetings.

Some of the interior ceiling and cabinet bulbs are burning out. I'd like to replace them with some lower watt bulbs.

These are the halogen bulbs. Any ideas before I buy a bunch of these? And where to get them, (bulb #)?

I know there is a thread somewhere here, but can't find.
