Tin Lizzy,
Do you have a fabric bolster which wraps around the front of the trailer behind the sofa? If so, undo the snaps and it might be dead center under the front window. I'm thinking that the control panel is fed by 12 v. and you may have a fuse or circuit breaker blown. Also check that master switch to see that it is moved back and forth several times. Do not do this when hooked up to 110 v. because my manual says it can blow fuses.
