What is it?

I have seen this several times when cleaning but have not gotten around to asking. It is on the right side of the bed when looking from the foot. It has a piece of paper which I assume is informational but I cannot reach it even with a claw grip because the paper tears. There appears to be loose wiring and insulation behind so I don't think it is accessible from the rear compartment. Does anyone know what it is and what it might be used for?

Which trailer is this in? You have 3 in your ID. Maybe you could also be more specific about the bed location in your trailer, and what normally occupies that space under the bed. Large plastic storage bins maybe?

Possibly a feed for an inverter, solar controller, sub-woofer, or another optional piece of equipment?

It is in the 2015 28ft FC. The other two are previously owned.
