What Are These Wires For?

I have 2017 FC 23D. Was looking in the compartment where the fridge is, the side with two vents.

The fridge is plugged into a 110v outlet. Above that, there is a hole with two DC wires, one red, one white. These wires come out of the hole, but both are not connected to anything?

I am wondering what these are for? Are they there for a reason? Did The factory forget to connect them?

Anyone else have these and know what they are for. See picture below:

Do the wires put out 12v? Possibly a prewire for a 3 way fridge?

Not sure, as I have electrical system ripped out for solar upgrade. Sent picture to factory and they didn't know. Said it should be for fan. But fan is connected in a different way. They said take it to the dealer to confirm????

Does the 23D have a refrigerator fan switch in the galley area? On my 23FB it looks like those wires connect to the switch in the galley and to some sort of thermostat on the fridge. I can snap a picture if you want.

That's for the automatic self-destruct.
You didn't try to connect them, did you?

Now that I've ribbed you, I'll see if we have one of those trailers on the lot tomorrow, and see if I can determine what they are for.

They don't look heavy enough. Besides, I remember those wires being green and yellow.

2 Unattached Wires

My guess is that they are intended for the special fan in the 22 FB Sport that cools the 3-way fridge. The fan switch is mounted beside the fridge inside the AS, it is red plastic see-thru and lit when on.

I believe that the 22 FB Sport is the only model in the entire AS lineup that has a 3-way fridge. Your unit is a 2-way fridge and does not have the extra fan.
