Vintage airstream wiring schematics

How cool would it be to have a link on this site,
that has accurate, clear schematics of the electric wiring of these old trailers?

I've seen where so many people are helpful and send their copy to someone in need.

Is it possible for a Moderator to compile such diagrams and make them clickable and printable?
oh... bytheway.... start with a 1964 airstream safari

If an airstream forum link to electrical diagrams would assist you
in restoring your own trailer, please feel free post your Year and Model.
Let's share the knowledge.

Avion web site is great. They have all their vintage manuals, schematics and appliance manuals codified and available on site.

Wiring schematics from the 1967 manual.

Anyone else have a wiring schematic to share?

I have the owner's manual and service manual on CD for all 1977 Airstream models.

It's over 400 pages in .pdf format, so it is not posible for me to email to anyone since I am on a prehistoric dial-up internet connection. I have burned some CD's for other owners, but that costs me about $4.50 each for the CD's and shipping costs, so I don't want to do too many of those freebies or it gets expensive for me.

I know FREE is better but having a Service Manual of your very own is the best Idea. I didnt like pony-in up the money either, but I have found it to be invaluable. It not only has the wiring diagram but plumbing diagram and part numbers for everything.

There is no service manual for a 1971, but 1972 was the first year and you can purchase one from Airstream. https://store.airstream.com/product_...products_id=96
It should be very close to what you have and includes detailed plumbing and electrical diagrams.

What kind of problems are you having with the 12 volt system in your newly acquired trailer?
Other than the exterior lighting: brake, tail and clearance light along with the charge line and brake power.
The interior systems in your trailer will probably consist of 4 or 5 individual circuits supplying the various devices.
If the original Univolt is installed, look at the fuse panel associated with it. The smaller glass fuses (20 amp or less) feed the individual circuits inside the trailer. The larger fuses are normally in the battery circuit and the charge line from the TV.
There are many knowledgeable people here to help you troubleshoot and resolve any problems you have.

Does anyone have wiring diagrams and tables like these but for a 1964 Bambi II that they can share with me?

Thanks (I'm assuming your response was directed at me). Actually, the only 12 volt problems I have is with the outside "exterior" and door lights. I don't seem to be getting any juice there - although the exterior light was intermittent for a while. I haven't had much time for troubleshooting but wanted to have an electrical diagram in hand when I did. Ordered a Service Manual from Airstream, but received another Owner's Manual instead. I need to follow up with them.

Source for interior overhead light switches (the 3 position ones)? I have some that are either worn out or corroded internally.

Thanks!
DL

1960 Tradewind 24

Just getting started on, probably the full Monty, of new to me 1960 Tradewind. From what I understand owners manuals did not start 'til 1964. I can start with closest available, but if anyone has a better idea, would greatly appreciate.

I have a '76 Ambassador (29 ft) and an Airstream service manual. I'll check tomorrow to see about wiring diagrams. I do know there is wiring right next to the right side of the door frame attachment screws/rivets. It supplies power to the center roof lights, scare light and over door light.
