Unknown pink w/green stripe wire at tongue

Due to a slight electrical issue (actually a small fire) today, I had to replace the breakaway switch and run new wires for the jack and light on our 1995 30' trailer. But in the bundle of wires for the jack, light, and breakaway switch, was another wire, not hooked to anything. It actually comes out of the shell with the two wires for the propane tank sensors, not with the wires for the brakes/jack power. It was either red or pink with a green stripe. Anyone have an idea of what this wire would be?

I just had an idea: maybe it was the original wire for the jack post light... The wire may have been worked on before...

When I rewired my breakaway switch (someone had wired it to the propane sensor wires , duh), I also found a red 14 gauge wire that was Hot at all times. Too small for a jack, but your thought about a light makes sense.
This is on a 1993 34' limited.
