I don't know anything about new Airstreams but in older Airstreams the umbilical wiring is independant of the rest of the trailer and runs off the TV except for the breakaway switch connection.

Is there a problem?

Joe,

If there is a battery installed in your Airstream, there will be battery voltage available at the "charge" wire on the umbilical for you to read.

Is there a particular issue that prompted you to measure voltage on each of the seven wires?

The TV is trying to charge your Airstream's battery.

Joe,

What's the reading at the TV battery, was it running?, 12.6 seems a little low.

I think the kill switch is between the battery and the trailer system (load), but the battery stays connected to the converter and the umbilical.

yup... 12.6 while the burb was running... I figured if I plugged in the TV, running, I would show charge on the Trimetric... instead I show a draw of an extra ~40mA... not only is there supposed to be an isolator.. but there should be charge, right?

All I know for sure Joe is when I'm plugged in and running, the voltage in the trailer and TV are the same, 13.9v. What reading do you get in the Burb with trlr disconnected?
