Trailer wire penetration

Does anyone know where I can get a watertight seal where the trailer wires penetrate into the trailer? The previous owner just squirted a bunch of silicone in there to try and create a seal. Here my current situation...

Depending on room on the inside I'd consider changing it to a trailer side plug and new umbilicle to go from trailer to tv.
For what looks like a possible extra wire I'd consider blue sea cable clam.
