Trailer plug

We need to replace the plug on the trailer end and would like to have the schematic or at least the the color codes for the wires behind couch. A few loose wires I am not sure go where?

Also see Airstream FAQs on this subject. That's what's coming out of the trailer. See http://www.marksrv.com/wiring.htm also. Make sure you have functions lined up -- the mirror image matching can cause some mixing up.

Put new plug on but it seems as though we should replace the contector right at the trailer. After taking the cover off from inside the trailer to look at what we have I noticed that not all the colors match what we have on the outside run. There is also a white wire (ground?) that is loose but not sure if this is correct.
