System Panel

Have power to the vent hood and light but none of the status indicator lights work for propane or holding tanks. Wiring leads into space between bottom of overhead cabinets and shelf but does not appear accessible. I was told this is typically a fuse problem, but I sure don't see a fuse or can't find a way to access it. Can anyone advise me?
