Source for wiring

Does anyone have a preferred source for getting trailer wiring? The last AS we did we used automotive wiring but now want to know if there is another better place to get wiring that people use. Suggestions or comments appreciated.
Thanks.
Sandy

I just ordered al the wiring for my rewire of a 22' 1976 Argosy. I had a few sources. Lewster, another member here, highly recommends Waytek. They have great quality marine wire. I used 12/3 Marine wire for my AC side. I would have ordered through Waytek, but you need to get a minimum of 250'. I only needed 100' so I ordered mine on eBay instead.

I used 12 awg primary marine wire for the DC side instead of 12/2. That way I could color code each circuit for ease of identification. I ordered all of that wire from Tinned Marine Wire. They have good prices and ship fast.

I hope that helps. If you have any other questions, I can try to help. Good luck!

I just want to update this thread. I just received my order from Tinned Marine Wire and I am more than pleased with their service. I placed my order on the 4th of July and it still arrived on Monday. Also, the quality is great as well as the fact that you can order any quantity of wire or connectors you need. Overall, I give them a 10 out of 10 rating!

We are planning on checking them out when we get back. We are just starting our long journey and are spending some time hunting Airstreams. Saw two on the road to Billings and one across the way from us at the campground. Don't know who it belongs to but nice to see another Airstream here.
