Solar charge batteries in "store" mode?

I understand there are some items that aren't affected by the battery "Store" mode switch position. Such as the tongue jack and the propane detector.

My question is: are the batteries charged by the factory solar while the switch is in the "store" position? If not, it seems kinda silly to have to leave the battery switch on and more drain applied in order to charge them from the solar panels.

Our factory solar wiring bypassed the battery disconnect and would charge batteries while the batteries were disconnected in "store" mode.

The factory solar charges the batteries regardless of the Battery Switch position.
