Vintage Trailer Supply sells a nice 7' cable with a molded plug on it already.

Pollack makes the replacement connectors for the old Signal Stats.

The 7 way cable can be added to it, as the length from year to year varies.

I would call vintage trailer supply or out of doors mart and ask if the have the one you need. Their staff is very friendly and helpful.

Signal-Stat 3101

Perhaps a bit out of date, but I just went through this process. I found an exact match, except all metal (non-ferrous) from NAPA. The part is made by Phillips (USA). The NAPA part number is PHI 15-720 and sells for $10.69. The matching plug which goes on the end of the connecting cable is NAPA part number 755-5025 and sells for $9.99.
