Shore power not working ??

I just replaced the converter/charger in my 06 Airstream Interstate , replaced house battery too. Switched everything on an all was well
Came back a few hours later after running errands getting supplies for the weekend, there was no AC working inside the van.
I disconnected the new charger it made no difference.
I reconnected charger and ran generator everything worked.
When plugged in I have power to the main breaker but when I turn on any of there other breakers the voltage drops from 120V to 20V or less depending what breaker I turn on.
I am thinking this may be a transfer switch problem. At first I thought it was related to the new charger but not anymore.
I have noticed in the past sometimes the power would not come on and after plunging and unplugging several times it worked.
Looks like its going to be a real pain to get to !

Shore power not working

Does this problem occur when plugging in at more than one shore power supply or always the same shore power source?

I tried three different outlets. I get 120V to the main breaker with all other breakers off, as soon as I turn on any other breaker the voltage drops to 20V or less and when I turn the circuit breaker off the main returns to 120V
Very strange but I do think it may be the transfer switch because everything works fine when running on generator .
