Question Second Trailer - Wiring problem

The 1985, 35' Excella that I have now is the second Airstream I have owned. At present I am repairing some electircal damage that was caused by Voltage Surges during Hurricane Katrina. Our town was hit by both Katrina and Rita last year. I am changed out the converter and have allready changed out the refrigerator. Both were damaged by the storms. I have a problem with a black wire, small guage that comes off of the origonal converter and I am not sure where to tie it into the new converter, as there seems to be only ground, and the two large negative and positive wire positions on the new Intellavolt converter. Does any one know where it connets at?

odd wire out

If you have every thing else hooked up you can check individual items ie: frig, heater blower ,lights etc to find out what does not work. Also red and black wires are usually hot wires not grounds.Good luck
