andy or frank

any of you have one?

i would hate to toss something that is working (sort of) if it is something minor.

How about a whole entire Univolt, a little buzzy but working. I'll trade it for a pound of them there white cheese curds and a six pack of Old Style!!

74 owners

john hd Never toss away a Uni-volt.
Is your buddy with the 74 Excella not a member here? He ougta be.
we need all the 74 owners we can muster. Seems that 74 was the oddest of years for Airstreams, much confusion as to what's what in that particular model year?

We do not have a schematic and neither does Airstream.

A humming transformer still can be bad, on the secondary side.
Diodes are usually the culprit.

OK, count us in too.

Out 74 was humming badly at the head of the bed (had to turn in off at night). The phenolic board carrying the fuses is falling apart.
Besides that, I think it's working.
We never toss out anything, could be useful someday ????

Maybe we can all ship them somewhere, if that someone pays for shipping.
