Rigging Up A Solar Trickle Charger

I bought a solar panel trickle charger for my 25FB. The AS is stored under a roof and the stall is north-south, so the sunny end is south, at the rear of the trailer. The panel has a cigarette lighter plug on the end of the cable. What I want to do is run a cable from the battery box back to the storage compartment in the rear bumper. That cable will be tied into the batteries and have a female cigarette lighter socket on the other end inside the storage box.

My question is where to hook the battery box ends. The negative conductor to the black terminal at the upper left and the positive conductor to the red terminal at the lower right? Correct?

Upper left and lower right OR lower left and upper right. Either way, you'll be charging both batteries in parallel in a balanced configuration.
