Replacement A/C

I am replacing the a/c on my 26' Argosy 1976. I am looking at the Dometic Brisk II 13,500 btu . Anyone have that unit and is it a good one?

I had the original Coleman a/c replaced with a 13,500 btu Dometic at JC a few years ago. Last winter I added the Micro-Air Easystart - https://www.microair.net/products/ea...nt=30176048267 - It works just fine.

13,500 vs 15,000

Would this be a good time to upgrade cooling capacity a bit by going with a 15,000 BTU unit and throw in the Heat Pump feature also? Just a thought.

Check to see where the condensation goes. My Original Brisk 1 does not use the drain tube and just runs down the outside of the trailer. Thinking that if I ever have to replace it and find one that uses the tube.

Use a Coleman Mach 8.
15k btu, with condensate pump, and heat pump options is a magnificent, low profile, quiet ac that moves a ton more air inside vs a modern dometic airbox
