Pulling wire in a 27FB
I will be installing an inverter in our 2012 Flying Cloud 27FB soon. The Xantrex 1000W inverter will be mounted in the forward compartment, on the curb side bulkhead close to the battery on-off relay. The inverter won't be connected to the trailer's AC receptacles, but will power a dedicated outlet strip in the road side closet. That outlet strip will provide power for the essential wine cooler! It will also provide a power center for charging phones, tablets, dustbuster for the cat hair, etc. when we're boondocking.
I ran a boat repair and commissioning business for years, so the installation itself will be simple, but the one thing I'm hoping for input on here is the wiring pull.
I have to pull 14-3 wire from the front curb side to the closet space over the fenderwell on the road side. Does anybody here know where the wiring chases are that run from the battery relay to the converter in the galley area, and from there across the trailer to the area behind the fridge? It looks like the rear of the fridge will be the easiest place to drill the hole into the closet.
I need some help locating wiring and/or plumbing runs that will enable me to pull wire where I need it. If anybody has done something similar, please enlighten me! Thanks.
