Prewired Solar in 1999?

While cleaning and lovin on our 34' Excella I noticed two loose wires in the fridge access panel.

They are labeled "solar panel".

So anyone want to guess if these are for real? Where do you think they would be wired to?

My guess is they are wired to the dc power distribution panel...

So let me guess. Are these wires for connecting external solar panels?

The space behind the fridge is often used for the Inverter along with routing the solar panel set-up and charge controller
In my trailer this was used, with the Pro solar 100 Watt kit NLA.

Thanks! Is that unit inside fridge access? Not water tight. I expect wires run inside but the wires are for solar panels?

Wires would first go to solar control panel, often mounted inside the trailer on the fridge side wall

We have factory solar on our 1998, the wires behind the fridge go to the solar control panel, which would be mounted on the panel on the side of the sink, next to the door. The wires to the solar panels go up through the fridge roof vent to the roof. I bet if you look under your sink, you will find the other end of the wires. And I believe the wire location is also in the owners manual. Our solar panels still work great, there are smarter computer controllers now, but I have not seen the need to upgrade.
