Power head trailer leveler

Power head on the front of my 34 will not work. The factory told me to check the 30 amp slow burning fuse. Is this fuse located in the fuse box? Or is directly wired in the line leading to the power head?

On mine it's in the line right on the jack. 30 amp slow blo's can be hard to find. When I do I buy a whole box of them. You will probably go through them.
