This job ain't as scary as some would make it out to be and is well worth the effort and expense.

Flat rate says 3 hours and that's just about what it took a "tech" and it was his first dance.
He added a switch outside and left me a pigtail for future such and such.

Drilled out about a dozen rivets on the inside, 1/2 of those were under the trim around the door.
I'm not convinced the other 6 really had to go, but no biggie ! No fuss, No muss.

All in all, a great improvement and YES, they should be standard.
( along with an easy winterizing setup ! )
