No power in back outlets and fridge

So we came back to the Airstream today and I went to plug something in under the table and there was no power to it. As I went to go check the fuses I noticed that the fridge was running on gas. I called the campground to come check the breaker box and the power was all fine. They also checked the box inside the Airstream and that was fine as well. The other items on the same fuse as the fridge all work fine but the fridge is staying on LP. I have turned the fridge off and on and still nothing.

I am wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this. It is just so odd that the outlets can't get power as well as the fridge. Hoping there may be something I can try to see if I can fix it else I will be calling dealer Monday

The fuses protect your dc powered items. You have circuit breakers to protect AC. Your refrigerator uses dc for the control board, and to run on lp. You need AC to run the frig electrically. Check your circuit breakers by cycling them to off and then back to on. My guess would be that your main 30 amp breaker has tripped. Was your air conditioning running today? If you had your refrigerator, water heater and AC running on electricity your main breaker has probably tripped. If that is indeed the problem try running the water heater on propane. It won't use much gas but it is a big electrical draw.

Did not use ac today and all breakers are in on position including 30 amp main. I will try flipping all breakers off and then back on and see if that works. I always run lp water heater.

I will gibe it a go and see how it goes. Thank you for the ideas!

One more thought. I'm not sure if the frig is on the same circuit but check your gfci outlet.

The first thing to check is the receptacle that the frig is plugged into with a volt meter. If there is not power there the problem is in the AC circuit coming from the breaker or the breaker itself is bad.Test the output side of the breaker with a volt meter. If nothing replace the breaker and retest the receptacle. If there is still no power at the receptacle you have a broken wire, highly unlikely but that is what this test checks. If that receptacle is good then it is time to check the heating element in the frig with an ohm meter. Disconnect the power and disconnect one leg of the element and test for continuity. If the element tests good you control board may have a bad fuse on it or it may be bad itself.

Eliminate the most likely first and work from there.

Did you check you gfci outlet? It's the one with the test and reset buttons. Make sure the reset is pushed in.

Woke up and saw these replies from HowieE and daveswenson. Went i to the bathroom and the gfci in bathroom was tripped. Reset it and like magic fridge works again as well as all the back outlets!!!! Thank you so much!

Now my question is why does this happen from the gfci being tripped?

The other outlets on the circuit are in series with the GFCI outlet, meaning the power has to go through that outlet to get to the others.

This reduces the cost by only needing 1 GFCI to protect all the outlets instead of 1 for each outlet.

The down side is they all go out at once and it's harder to troubleshoot the problem.
