Area 51 strikes again? Maybe that's why all those metal joints look so clean on the inter-galactic-green-guys alleged craft in all those grainy pictures from an alleged area near the mythical city of Las Vegas........allegedly...

Just sayin'.....

I don't think this is going to rescue me from my pending solder project in replacing all my running lights.

Don't solder…..CRIMP!!!

You can't use solder on most marine connections and you certainly can't in aviation. Why solder on a bouncy RV? The right crimp connectors (preferably heat shrink) and the proper crimp tool will save you tons of time as well as making durable, corrosion resistant connections.

No more soldering?

Unless you can make consistent, perfect NASA qualified solder joints, crimp is the only way to go nowadays. I only solder on printed circuit boards nowadays. 😄
