Newbie Question

I am going to be purchasing a 2010 16' Sport in the coming month.

Seeing as though I have yet to view my trailer, and I am trying to set up my tow vehicle, what kind of wiring should I add to my truck?

Is it a seven pin round connector? Does that include the charge line for the trailer battery?

Your Bambi should have the round 7 pin plug.

Yes, it's a 7-pin round. Yes, it has a charge line for the battery. If you will be doing a lot of boondocking I recommend you have the dealer change the 24 battery to a 27. It'll last a lot longer.

new 1s are coming with 7 pn pollach plug, has 6 flat and center round. is wired to pollach code. hint if setting your tow vehicle up i recomend you put male female spade connectors on green and brown wires,right turn & running lights as there are 2 color codes used these days. bargman & pollach the differance between them is these 2 wires are reversed . if you use spade quick connects on these 2 wires it is a small affair to alter to tow different trailers , and it always seams that no matter which way you go you'll need it the other way. when in ca. it was rare to see anything but bargman code = brown run, green right turn or is it the other waygreen run and brown right turn . lol
