New wiring for trailer restoration

I'm ready to tackle the complete rewiring of my gutted 65 GT. I am considering running as much wire as possible inside the trailer in cabinet chases, conduit and such, as oppposed to between the skins. Wires to ceiling fixtures,fans,etc. would be fed under skin from junction boxes within cabinet/closets. I like the idea of being able to acces wiring without removing cabinetry and skins if a problem should arrise. Any thoughts or experince with this?

if you use 1/2 or even 3/4 inch plastic tubing.. ie pex-tubing, you can run it between the skins and you will be able to replace it any time. plan to have junction boxes / access points , where you have splices and locate those points within cabinets / behind sofa / bed.. wherever you can get to it.
this way , everything is service friendly as well as clean

If you run wiring in the cabinet areas you could have problems with possibly having wiring chewed on by little critters that might get in during non use storage. Are you wiring with the skin on or off?

I like your idea. It only makes sense to have everything accessible. I have added a few new things to our '74 and made sure that they are protected but easy to get to.
