need help with breaker box selection

Hello all, I am new here and I have rewired my entire camper, and now I need to find a breaker box, but am at a loss.

my 2 local camp sites (like most I guess) have boxes for a 30 amp plug with 30 amp fuse and 2 standard plugs, with a 20 amp fuse. I plan to use all 3 plugins since I have a lot of electrical stuff.

1 wire for AC unit 5500 btu
1 wire for lights and refridge
1 wire for microwave
1 wire convection oven
2 wires one for each of my induction burners.
2 wires for random unused outlets

I also have a wire for my 12 volt fantastic fan,
and 1 ire for my 12 volt lights

so what kind of fuse box do I need? I know I should probably just run a 50 amp wire to the campsite hookup but my local sights have very few 50 amp hookup sites. so I will be running 3 wires to their poll, a 30 amp and 2 regular outlet type extension cords that plug in.

any suggestions?
