Mounting 120v sub panel box

I purchased an 8-position breaker sub panel today (to install new breakers for the 120v system). Is it OK to mount this metal box directly to the aluminum walls of the AS or does it need to be somehow isolated? Perhaps with plywood?

We are looking forward to getting the 120v wired in along with the inlet so we can use shore power when we go camping in two weekends.

Thanks!

Ben

You can mount the box directly to the walls or frame. Be sure NOT to install the bonding screw in the breaker box. The neutral bus in the box needs to float and not be connected to ground with the bonding screw. Basically, the box, the walls, and the frame will all be ground, so mounting the box directly to the wall is not an issue.
