Micro Pulse Tank Sensor locations

2005 Classic 31 ....Can anyone tell me where my micro pulse sensors are located on the three tanks ?
PO removed the wiring and I want to fix without dropping the tank bottom pans.
If I knew where to cut the pans, I would go that route.

Can't answer your questions, but suggest that you not bother with reconnecting the MicroPulse sensors. I installed the Micropulse system in our 2002 19' Bambi long ago and it has never worked well. The black and gray water sensors quit working after perhaps a year. The fresh water sensor still sort of works.

This coming winter, I intend to replace the Micropulse system with SeeLevel equipment.

I'm pretty sure that on all models the black and grey tank sensors are just above the dump valves.

The waste sensors are mounted just upstream of the dump valves-they cost nearly $100 each to replace.
And the fresh water sensor is mounted to the side of the fresh water tank where the fill hose is, open your cabinet panel on the inside of the fresh water fill (inside your AS) and there should be the water pump and a small space that gives access the the fresh water tank fittings and sensor.

Yes this system is difficult to maintain and calibrate, but a lot easier to fix this system than to drop all of the tanks and install the digital strips, which work very poorly as well and horrible to repair!
Good luck and Happy Airstreaming!

I have a 2004 Classic 28. The sensor locations are correctly identified in the prior posts compared to my system.

Eight weeks ago, I installed the SeeLevel 709 system for $200. I was able to reuse access holes already cut in the belly pan (one by the factory and one by a previous owner) to install the electronic strips on the fresh water and on the black water tanks. I cut a new hole for the gray tank to maintain the distances from sheet metal recommended for the SeeLevel installation. I reused the wires from the MicroPulse to hook it up to the monitor I installed in the kitchen where the MP monitor was. The system works great and gives very accurate readings.

If you want more particulars on how I did the installation, send me a PM.

I have moderately easy interior access to the fresh and black water tanks. The gray water tank will require cutting an access hole in the external sheet metal cover. With the help of a few strong words at times, that should not be a problem.

We will be shortly off on a trip, so the work will happen afterwards.
