Is the univolt charger have automatic shutoff?

Or will it over charge batterys?

I have a 12 volt automatic deep cycle battery charger would it be better to hard wire that into fuse panel it is alot quiter and it gives output of the same amps @5.60 amps..

Mrcrowley, the older Univolts, such as what you have in your coach, are notorious for overcharging and boiling the electrolyte out of a battery. I just replaced mine, not to long ago with a Progressive Dynamics Intellicharger, with Charge Wizard. Use the "search" function for "Univolt" and you will be reading for a long time!

How much did that run you Pick ?

I was just thinking allso the univolt runs the 12 volt system when plugged into trailer part pole to so a standard battery charger would not handle that well at all...
