Help power for elect/lpg water heater

Hi-

Unfortunately my 75 sovereign i just listed for sale needs a water heater. Thinking of upgrading to electric and propane but where can i pull power? There is a 110 outlet under sink in front the converter is plugged into and the outside outlet is accessible there as well - could i run via one of these? The elect. panel is opposite the bathroom in wardrobe so getting to it is problematic. Or i just put propane back in but time is crucial as i have someone interested.. Help please and thank you

The electric water heater element should be on a separate breaker. I think they spec a 15 amp breaker.

I figured as much, without pulling the belly skin to run wire to the other side of the hallway i see no way then of doing this. I just want everything to be sorted for the next owner so i guess its propane only for now.
