Help identify this electrical box

Can someone help us identify this box in our 69 Overlander? The top is a 12v outlet, but what is the other thing.

The top in a 12v outlet. The bottom is a plug for old style flat antenna wire

Hang on to that plug, as it's priceless.

It's an old system, but during it's day, it worked just fine.

I would love to get my hands on the female counterpart, they seem to always be missing.
