Help! 85 Sovereign electric problem/s

We have a circuit breaker that resets constantly when the rig is powered - either AC or 12 volt. Everything had been fine on our last outing. We noticed it when we returned home and were cleaning up. We found the 12 volt distribution panel behind the front couch and narrowed the problem to circuit 3 (pink).
We've checked the breaker box in the back - its ok. We also noticed that the Control Panel is not lighting up - working. We assume it's powered by that circuit.

How do we remove the front of the Control Panel to access the insides - there doesn't appear to be any screws visible. I've read several posts and there is discussion of fuses - is there a fuse box somewhere for the system???? Haven't found one an our manual isn't clear either.......
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Help has arrived

1984 Airstream Trailer Service Manual page H-16. Control Panel Removal 1- Remove main 50 amp fuses from 12 Volt Distribution Panel. 2- Using care not to damage the surrounding cabinet, gently pry the control panel out. It is hald in place with spring clips that snap into position. 3- Disconnect main harness. 4- Reverse procedures to reinstall. There you go also elsewhere in the manual the pink wire is the one that powers the panel. My 86 has the same stuff the 84 manual calls for. Hope this helps you somewhat. Could be the thermo breaker is faulty. loose wires etc.

Thank you Doorgunner! Question/s.....when you say remove main amp fuses from the panel do you mean disconnect the wire from the panel? Can we just turn off the battery switch? Is there an in-line fuse somewhere in the panel we should look for? We'll check this out tomorrow! Thank you VERY much for the reply!
